I understand that cookies and general website viewing information is collected by Godaddy and this website and if I log in or create an account I authorise Karen Knight and her associated companies to process my information in relation to providing the service I require (be that spritz composition, telephone number for readings or sign in for Academy, having a Reiki treatment or physically signing in at an event). I understand and I agree that all information collected will be kept safe and in accordance with the latest GDPR regulations.

Logging in or Signing in I agree to Karen Knight, Knight Way Infusions, Spa Day for The Soul, Karen Knight Psychic Medium or Knight Way Academy and associated companies processing my information for tickets and notifying me about my booking or future events. I understand that at events photographs may be taken and used in promotional material (guests from behind only unless verbal agreement is given). I understand that at events and online readings the cards and mediumship which takes place on the night will be for entertainment purposes only and that everyone has free will and can change future outcomes.

(Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951) We have, by law, to state that all Psychics/Clairvoyant Mediumship Readings have been offered for thousands of years and many people have benefited during that time. We fully believe in everything we do. Our services are given with genuine and sincere purposes. 

You are reminded that clairvoyance and mediumship may not give you the results that you were looking for, as results are always difficult to predict and cannot be guaranteed. How you use the reading given to you is entirely your own responsibility.

Insurance Certificate MUST BE attached or available to view at any point of request. It is your responsibity to have up to date and valid insurance. By taking a stall or a table you confirm you have valid insurance to cover public liability and whatever you are selling (or service / advice) to the public. You cannot take part in the event without valid insurance. You will need Public Liability (Treatment or Product Insurance too if applicable). Failure to provide a valid Public Liability Certificate FOR the date of event will result in your stand being cancelled and no refund will be given. Many thanks.

Stands are £** (see each event individual specs) usually for a table, two chairs and space for a banner behind. If bringing a therapist bed or chair please see T&C’s.

STALL HOLDER INFORMATION & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I agree to The Company and associated companies (Parent Company Bou-Belles) processing my information in order to book my stand in accordance with the new GDPR regulations. Full privacy policy, and latest t&c’s available from www.karenknightpsychicmedium.co.ukT&C’s.

2. Full payment at time of booking: £35 for a Table with 2 chairs with room for a banner behind. If you are a therapist, you will need to replace the table with your bed and provide a small table for your promotional literature and any products – you must only utilise the same space as if booking for a 6ft retail stand. If you think you will need more room, please contact us to see if we can accommodate a double stand at an extra fee. Please advise any extra requirements at time of booking only - such as electricity – we will do our best but no guarantees – first come first served.

3. Stand positions are non-negotiable on the day. 

4. Please ensure you have table cloths to cover the tables.

5. Please ensure that all packing and boxes and spare stock is neatly stored under your table and not on public view for security, health and safety and aesthetic reasons. Do not encroach on other stand holder’s space – please be mindful and kind to other stall holders.

6. It is stall holder’s responsibility to look after their stock, any monies, phones, purses, wallets etc. The Company / venue accept no responsibility for theft of items.

7. Please ensure you arrive early enough to set up your stand for when the doors open 

8. Please do not start packing away until advised on the day – depending on public numbers.

10. Please note that the organiser will try to provide a variety of stands and will try to organise a fair event for all stall holders which will suit the public and the number of guests estimated. The organiser’s decision on exhibitors, stands and position is final. The organiser has the right to refuse any booking without reason.

11. Car parks are very close by for unloading. The car parks please read the signs and pay appropriately at the machine. The company / venue will not be responsible for any parking tickets received. Stopping outside the venue for heavier items will be at the stand holder’s risk.

12. Any treatments, advice, products, services will be at your own liability and not with The company or the venue. Please ensure your insurance covers you for all the treatments and liabilities that will concern you for that day. 

13. Health & Safety – please ensure you adhere to the Health & Safety Act etc, keep areas clean and free from hazards. Take any harmful waste and rubbish with you when you leave. Cups etc can be recycled in the bins in the foyer. 

14. I agree that Spa Day For the Soul can advertise and use photographs to promote my products / services.

15. I understand that if in a case of adverse weather conditions or Act of God, if the venue is open for trading, traders will be expected to attend and no stand refunds will be given.

16. In the unlikely scenario that the event is cancelled by the organiser a full refund will be given. 

17. In the unlikely scenario that the Venue can no longer host the event, another venue or date will be organised and bookings carried forward to that event.

18. If you wish to cancel your stand booking, we will require written notice 28 days before the event. The organiser will then attempt to fill your space with another exhibitor and if this is possible, will refund you in full. If the organiser cannot replace your space, no refund will be given.

19. I understand that if I am booking a stand or space, I MUST fill in the above Booking form and provide a valid Public Liability insurance certificate for the day and treatment insurance if required (no refunds if on the day you still cannot provide an insurance certificate) and must accept full responsibility for any advice, products or guidance given on the day. Responsibility for treatments, products, services lies with the therapist or stall holder - not with The Company or Venue.

21. Payment to be made at time of submitting form via bank transfer or Paypal (Friends and Family ONLY – if fees are taken away you will need to pay the outstanding).
